OSFC
Over the years, our firms’ work with the Ohio School Facilities Commission has ranged from conducting assessments directly for the agency, to working with the OSFC and school districts through programs such as the Urban Initiative, CFAP and ELPP. We serve as a liaison between our school district clients and representatives of the OSFC to achieve design solutions that are satisfactory to all. Having an in-depth understanding of the OSFC’s expectations, design manual, and approval processes helps the school design and construction process to run smoothly and allows us to provide creative design solutions that maximize the use of OSFC dollars.
